This website is for information purposes only and promotes the artistic activity of Mar Serra, pianist and composer: biography, discography, concerts, photographs and contact information. No e-commerce or paid services are provided.

The contents of this website (texts, photographs, recordings, musical works, logos and design) are the property of Mar Serra or their respective authors and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted without express authorisation, except for personal and private use.
4. Links to third-party sites
The website contains links to external sites (social networks, music platforms, concert venues...). The owner is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

What data we collect and why
This is a static website: there is no user registration, no comments, and no analytics or advertising tracking systems. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily send us through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
This data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients and data processors
The form message is forwarded by email to the owner through a service hosted on Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides the website's hosting infrastructure and the anti-bot verification system (Turnstile). Cloudflare may process technical data (such as your IP address) as a data processor, subject to GDPR safeguards and the applicable international transfer framework (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some software libraries from the jsDelivr CDN; when requesting these files, your browser sends your IP address to those providers. No other data is shared with third parties, and no data is used for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Form data is kept only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any liabilities arising from it.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
6. Cookie policy
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses:
- Cloudflare Turnstile technical cookies: the anti-bot verification system on the contact form may set cookies strictly necessary for security (to tell humans and bots apart). It is only loaded on the contact page.
- Browser local storage (localStorage): to remember that you have seen the cookie notice and to prevent repeated form submissions. It contains no personal data and never leaves your browser.
Since these are exclusively technical cookies exempt from consent under current regulations, no action is required on your part. You can delete or block them at any time in your browser settings.
